Sapling Trust Foundation is managed by a team of 5 trustees. These are all people well respected in society and have experience working or living with children with special needs. They are of various professional backgrounds and competence but share a similar passion of caring for the well being of people and children with special needs.

His sharp acumen in business management and marketing coupled with his passion and desire to help deserving members of the society makes him an asset to the Sapling Board. He is dedicated to taking Sapling to greater heights..

Mr. Iqbal Natha is a father of a special needs child. He is a successful business man with diverse interests including being the director and owner of Amstel Trading Company Limited. He is resourceful and has years of expertise in financial, managerial and marketing matters. Through his network of contacts he has introduced Sapling to both the corporate and social world. He is a philanthropist, finds fulfillment in serving society and his vision is to make Sapling a centre of excellence.

M/s. Winnie Gitiha is a mother of a special needs child and is the face of Sapling Trust Foundation. She is at the Centre daily and is the person parents and well-wishers would meet as the first point of contact when they go to the Centre. She is an experienced administrator and has good organizational and management skills. She oversees the smooth running of the Centre and her passion and zeal to improve the quality of life of special needs children makes her the ideal person to take on this responsible and humanitarian role.

M/s. Sabrina Natha is a mother of a special needs child. She recognized the need of having a centre offering a broad spectrum of services for special needs children through her own experience of having to take her son to various therapists all based in different locations. Her compassionate nature and soft spot for children makes her the perfect person to oversee the overall welfare of the Centre. She is at the Centre daily to assist in its management and is also involved in growing and maintaining links with international centres with whom Sapling can learn from and share ideas. She is committed to Sapling's success and growth and from her own experiences she is able to understand the support that families require.

M/s. Mona Doshi is a respected advocate and is the managing partner of Anjarwalla & Khanna, Advocates in Mombasa. She brings to the Board her legal and professional expertise to ensure Sapling is administered and managed to high quality standards. She has represented various charitable organizations in a professional capacity and has also been on the board of various committees. She finds it rewarding to use her skills to help society and her aim is to use her knowledge and skills to help Sapling reach its highest potential.
